第1条（事業者情報）

本プライバシーポリシーは、[開発者名]（以下「当開発者」といいます。）が提供する iOS アプリ「CareIBD」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

第2条（取り扱う情報）

当開発者は、本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取り扱います。

1. ユーザーが入力する情報（健康・医療関連情報を含みます）

  • 氏名またはニックネーム
  • 生年月日、性別、血液型 等
  • 診断名、医療機関情報（病院名、主治医名、電話番号、診療科、患者番号 等）
  • 緊急連絡先（氏名、関係、電話番号 等）
  • 救急連絡先設定（救急車の電話番号など）
  • 症状日記（症状、下血の有無、腹痛、メモ 等）
  • 検査結果（Hb, CRP 等の数値、メモ、医療機関名 等）
  • 服薬情報（薬剤名、用量、回数、タイミング、開始/終了日、メモ 等）
  • 治療履歴（治療/処置イベントの記録）
  • 緊急時の記録（緊急イベント、行動計画、メモ 等）

2. iCloud 同期に関する情報

  • 本アプリは、端末の iCloud 設定等により、入力データを iCloud（Apple の CloudKit）に保存・同期する場合があります。
  • 当開発者は、ユーザーの Apple ID 等のアカウント情報を取得しません。

3. アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）に関する情報

  • 本アプリはプレミアム機能の提供のため、Apple の StoreKit を利用します。
  • 購入・支払い情報は Apple により処理され、当開発者はクレジットカード情報等を取得しません。
  • 当開発者は、機能提供に必要な範囲で、購入状態（サブスクリプションが有効か等）を参照する場合があります。

4. 利用状況・クラッシュログ等

  • 当開発者は、本アプリ内で独自にアクセス解析や広告配信を行っておらず、利用状況ログを収集しません。
  • ただし、OS の設定等により Apple が診断情報（クラッシュログ等）を収集する場合があります。

5. 生体認証/パスコード

  • 本アプリは、端末の Face ID/Touch ID/パスコード機能を用いたロック解除を提供する場合があります。
  • 生体情報は端末内で処理され、当開発者が取得することはありません。

第3条（利用目的）

当開発者は、上記情報を以下の目的で利用します。

  1. 本アプリの提供・運営のため（記録、閲覧、表示等）
  2. iCloud 同期（利用可能な場合）のため
  3. プレミアム機能（課金状態の確認等）の提供のため
  4. お問い合わせへの対応のため
  5. 法令に基づく対応のため

第4条（データの保存場所・外部送信）

  1. 入力データは、主にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
  2. 端末の iCloud 設定等により、入力データが iCloud（CloudKit のプライベートデータベース）に保存・同期される場合があります。
  3. 当開発者は、当開発者のサーバーを用いて入力データを収集・保存する仕組みを提供していません。

第5条（第三者提供）

当開発者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザー情報を第三者に提供しません。

  1. ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
  2. 法令に基づく場合
  3. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合で、本人の同意を得ることが困難なとき
  4. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合で、本人の同意を得ることが困難なとき
  5. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその受託者が法令の定める事務を実施することに対して協力する必要がある場合

第6条（外部サービス）

本アプリは、以下の Apple 提供サービスを利用する場合があります。

  • iCloud / CloudKit（データの保存・同期）
  • App Store / StoreKit（サブスクリプションの提供・購入復元等）

第7条（保存期間・削除）

  1. ユーザーが本アプリ内で削除操作を行うまで、入力データは保存されます。
  2. 本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。
  3. iCloud 同期を利用している場合、iCloud 側のデータは端末削除とは別に残る場合があります。必要に応じて iOS の iCloud ストレージ管理画面から本アプリのデータを削除してください。

第8条（安全管理措置）

当開発者は、ユーザー情報への不正アクセス等を防止するため、合理的な範囲で安全管理措置を講じます。ユーザーも、端末のパスコード設定や生体認証等のセキュリティ設定をご利用ください。

第9条（ユーザーの権利）

当開発者は、入力データを当開発者のサーバーで保有しないため、当開発者がユーザーの入力データに直接アクセスすることはできません。データの確認・訂正・削除は、原則として本アプリまたは端末設定により行ってください。

第10条（未成年ユーザー）

未成年のユーザーが本アプリを利用する場合、保護者等の同意を得た上で利用するものとします。

第11条（本プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当開発者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリ内での表示または本ページへの掲載等により周知し、その時点から適用されます。

1. Controller Information

2. Information We Process

The Developer processes the following information in order to provide the App.

1. Information entered by the user (may include health-related data)

  • Name or nickname
  • Date of birth, gender, blood type, etc.
  • Diagnosis and healthcare provider information (hospital name, doctor, phone number, department, patient number, etc.)
  • Emergency contacts
  • Emergency call settings (e.g., ambulance phone number)
  • Symptom diary entries (symptoms, bleeding, abdominal pain, notes, etc.)
  • Lab results (values such as Hb/CRP, notes, hospital name, etc.)
  • Medication information (drug names, dosage, frequency, timing, start/end dates, notes, etc.)
  • Treatment history
  • Emergency-related records (events, action plan, notes, etc.)

2. iCloud synchronization

  • Depending on your device settings, the App may store and synchronize your data via iCloud (Apple CloudKit).
  • The Developer does not obtain your Apple ID or iCloud account credentials.

3. In-app purchases (subscriptions)

  • The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to provide Premium features.
  • Payment information is processed by Apple. The Developer does not obtain your credit card information.
  • The Developer may read your subscription status (e.g., active/inactive) to enable features.

4. Usage analytics / crash logs

  • The Developer does not run analytics or advertising SDKs in the App and does not collect usage logs.
  • Apple may collect diagnostic information depending on your OS settings.

5. Biometrics / passcode

  • The App may offer an app lock using Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode.
  • Biometric data is processed on your device and is not provided to the Developer.

3. Purposes of Use

The Developer uses the above information for:

  1. Providing and operating the App (recording, viewing, displaying, etc.)
  2. iCloud synchronization (when available)
  3. Providing Premium features (including subscription status checks)
  4. Responding to inquiries
  5. Compliance with applicable laws

4. Where Your Data Is Stored / Transmitted

  1. Your data is primarily stored on your device.
  2. Depending on your iCloud settings, your data may be stored and synchronized in your iCloud private database via CloudKit.
  3. The Developer does not operate servers to collect or store your in-app data.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Developer will not disclose your information to third parties except where:

  1. You have given consent
  2. Required by law
  3. Necessary to protect life, body, or property and consent is difficult to obtain
  4. Necessary for public health or children’s welfare and consent is difficult to obtain
  5. Necessary to cooperate with government agencies performing duties under the law

6. External Services

The App may use the following Apple services:

  • iCloud / CloudKit (data storage and sync)
  • App Store / StoreKit (subscriptions, purchase restore, etc.)

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  1. Your data is stored until you delete it in the App.
  2. If you delete the App from your device, on-device data will be removed.
  3. If you use iCloud sync, iCloud data may remain separately. You can delete the App’s iCloud data via your iOS iCloud storage settings if needed.

8. Security

The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect your information. You are encouraged to enable device security (passcode/biometrics).

9. Your Rights

Because the Developer does not store your in-app data on the Developer’s servers, the Developer generally cannot access, correct, or delete your in-app data on your behalf. Please manage your data via the App or device settings.

10. Minors

If a minor uses the App, the minor is deemed to do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Developer may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. The updated policy will be posted in the App or on this page and will apply from the time of posting.
