プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「CareIBD」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。
第1条（基本方針／収集最小化）
本アプリは、ユーザーの入力データを扱う性質上、プライバシーを最重要として設計しています。
開発者は、ユーザーの入力データを開発者のサーバーに送信・収集・保管しません。
第2条（本アプリが取り扱う情報）
2.1 ユーザーが入力する情報（入力データ）
ユーザーは、本アプリに以下の情報を入力できる場合があります。
これらは原則として端末内に保存され、開発者が受領することはありません。
2.2 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリは、以下を目的としてユーザー情報を収集しません。
- 行動解析（解析SDKによるトラッキング等）
- 広告配信（広告ID等の利用）
- プロファイリング
- 外部サーバーへのログ送信
※ただし、OS標準機能やApp Store（Apple）が提供する仕組みは、Appleの方針に従って処理されます。
第3条（課金（Appleのアプリ内課金・買い切り）について）
プレミアムの購入・支払いは、AppleがユーザーのApple IDを通じて処理します。
プレミアムは買い切りのアプリ内課金であり、自動更新はありません。
開発者は、ユーザーのクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、プレミアムの有効状態を確認するために、端末上で購入状態情報を参照しますが、これを開発者サーバーへ送信することはありません。

第4条（iCloudバックアップについて）
本アプリは、入力データがiCloudバックアップ等のクラウドバックアップ対象とならないよう設計します。
ただし、OSや端末環境、ユーザーの設定、第三者サービスの仕様変更等により、完全な非バックアップを保証するものではありません。ユーザーは端末のセキュリティ設定を適切に行ってください。
第5条（エクスポート／インポート（暗号化）について）
エクスポート機能で出力されるファイルは、暗号化された形式です。
エクスポートファイルの保存先（端末内、外部ストレージ、クラウド等）はユーザーが選択・管理するものです。保存先サービスの事故・漏えい等について、開発者は責任を負いません。
暗号化に用いる情報（例：パスワード等）をユーザーが忘失した場合、開発者は復旧できません。
インポートはユーザーが選択したファイルを端末内に読み込む機能であり、開発者が入力データを受領・保管するものではありません。
第6条（第三者提供）
開発者は、入力データを第三者へ提供しません（開発者が入力データを保有しないため）。
ただし、法令に基づく開示要請等がある場合でも、開発者が保有する情報が存在しないことがあります。
第7条（データの削除と保存期間）
入力データは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するか、アプリをアンインストールすることで端末から削除できます（端末の仕様に依存します）。
エクスポートファイルはユーザーが保存している限り残ります。不要になった場合はユーザー自身で削除してください。
第8条（未成年の利用）
本アプリは、センシティブな健康関連情報を扱う可能性があるため、13歳未満の利用を想定していません。13歳未満の方は利用しないでください。
18歳未満の方は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得た上で利用してください。
第9条（改定）
本ポリシーは、法令対応や仕様変更等により改定する場合があります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ（またはアプリ内表示）で周知します。
第10条（お問い合わせ）
開発者は、個別の問い合わせ窓口を設けていません。
Privacy Policy (English)
This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in the iOS app "CareIBD" (the "App").
1. Basic Policy (Data Minimization)
The App is designed with privacy as the top priority because it handles user-entered data.
The Developer does not send, collect, or store your input data on Developer-operated servers.
2. Information Handled by the App
2.1 User-entered information (Input Data)
You may enter the following information in the App:
- Diary entries
- Test histories
- Treatment histories
- Hospital information
- Notes, etc.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not received by the Developer.
2.2 Information collected by the Developer
The App does not collect user information for the following purposes:
- Behavior analytics (tracking via analytics SDKs, etc.)
- Advertising delivery (use of advertising IDs, etc.)
- Profiling
- Log transmission to external servers
However, standard OS features and systems provided by the App Store (Apple) are handled according to
Apple's policies.
3. Payments (Apple In-App Purchase)
Purchases and payments for Premium are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
Premium is a one-time in-app purchase with no auto-renewal.
The Developer does not obtain payment information such as your credit card details.
The App references purchase status information on your device to confirm Premium status, and does not send
it to Developer servers.

4. iCloud Backup
The App is designed so that input data is not subject to iCloud or other cloud backups.
However, we do not guarantee complete exclusion from backup due to OS changes, device environments, user
settings, or third-party service changes. Please configure your device security appropriately.
5. Export/Import (Encryption)
Files exported by the App are in an encrypted format.
You choose and manage where export files are stored (device storage, external storage, cloud, etc.). The
Developer is not responsible for incidents or leaks at the storage destination.
If you forget the encryption information (e.g., a password), the Developer cannot recover it.
Import reads a user-selected file into the device; the Developer does not receive or store input data.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not provide input data to third parties because we do not hold such data.
Even if legally required to disclose, the Developer may not have any information to provide.
7. Data Deletion and Retention
Input data can be deleted within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device (depending on device
specifications).
Export files remain as long as you keep them. Please delete them when no longer needed.
8. Minors
Because the App may handle sensitive health-related information, it is not intended for use by children
under 13. Do not use the App if you are under 13.
Users under 18 should obtain parental consent as appropriate.
9. Updates
This policy may be revised due to legal requirements or specification changes. Important changes will be
announced on this page (or in the App).
10. Contact
The Developer does not provide individual support contacts.
