第1条（事業者情報）

本プライバシーポリシーは、[開発者名]（以下「当開発者」といいます。）が提供する iOS アプリ「CareIBD」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

第2条（取り扱う情報）

本アプリは、以下の情報を取り扱いますが、これらはユーザーの端末内に保存され、当開発者がこれらを収集・閲覧することはありません。

1. ユーザーが入力する情報（健康・医療関連情報を含みます）

  • 氏名またはニックネーム
  • 生年月日、性別、血液型 等
  • 診断名、医療機関情報（病院名、主治医名、電話番号、診療科、患者番号 等）
  • 緊急連絡先（氏名、関係、電話番号 等）
  • 救急連絡先設定（救急車の電話番号など）
  • 症状日記（症状、下血の有無、腹痛、メモ 等）
  • 検査結果（Hb, CRP 等の数値、メモ、医療機関名 等）
  • 服薬情報（薬剤名、用量、回数、タイミング、開始/終了日、メモ 等）
  • 治療履歴（治療/処置イベントの記録）
  • 緊急時の記録（緊急イベント、行動計画、メモ 等）

2. アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）に関する情報

  • 本アプリはプレミアム機能の提供のため、Apple の StoreKit を利用します。
  • 購入・支払い情報は Apple により処理され、当開発者はクレジットカード情報等を取得しません。
  • 当開発者は、プレミアム機能の有効化に必要な範囲で、サブスクリプションのステータス情報のみを参照します。

4. 利用状況・クラッシュログ等

  • 当開発者は、本アプリ内で独自にアクセス解析ツール（Google Analytics等）や広告配信SDKを使用しておらず、ユーザーの行動ログ等の収集を行っていません。
  • OS の標準機能としてAppleが収集する匿名化されたクラッシュログ等については、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従い開発者に提供される場合があります。

5. 生体認証/パスコード

  • 本アプリは、端末の Face ID/Touch ID/パスコード機能を用いたロック解除機能を提供します。
  • これらの認証プロセスは端末内で完結し、当開発者が生体情報を取得することはありません。

第3条（利用目的）

本アプリおよび当開発者は、ユーザー情報を以下の目的でのみ利用します。前述の通り、開発者がユーザーの個人的な入力データ（健康情報等）を閲覧・利用することはありません。

  1. ユーザーご自身が、自身の健康状態や治療経過を記録・管理・閲覧するため
  2. 本アプリの機能（プレミアム機能の有効化を含む）を適切に提供するため
  3. （ユーザーから自発的に提供された場合のみ）お問い合わせへの対応のため

第4条（データの保存場所・外部送信）

  1. 端末内保存（SwiftData）
    ユーザーが入力したデータは、SwiftData等の技術を用いてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
  2. ファイルエクスポート・インポート（プレミアム機能）
    プレミアムユーザーは任意で、データをバックアップファイル（.carebackup）としてエクスポートし、端末外（Filesアプリ、iCloud Drive等）に保存・移動することができます。この操作はユーザー自身の管理下で行われ、ファイルの内容についての管理責任はユーザーにあります。
  3. 外部送信の不存在
    本アプリには、入力データを開発者の管理するサーバーやその他のサードパーティ（解析業者等）のサーバーへ自動的に送信する機能は実装されていません。

第5条（第三者提供）

当開発者は、ユーザー情報を収集しないため、これを第三者に提供することはありません。

ただし、法令に基づく場合や、人の生命・身体の保護のために緊急の必要がある場合等、例外的に情報の提供が求められるケースについては、法令に従い対応します。

第6条（外部サービス）

本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の Apple 提供サービスを利用します。

  • App Store / StoreKit（サブスクリプション管理）

第7条（保存期間・削除）

  1. ユーザー情報（入力データ）は、ユーザーが本アプリ内またはiOSの設定等で削除するまで保存されます。
  2. 本アプリを端末から削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内のデータは削除されます（ユーザーが明示的にエクスポートしたバックアップファイルを除く）。

第8条（安全管理措置）

本アプリは、端末のセキュリティ機能（サンドボックス化、データ保護等）を利用してデータを保護します。ユーザーにおいても、端末のパスコード設定や生体認証などを利用し、端末自体のセキュリティを確保することを推奨します。

第9条（ユーザーの権利）

当開発者はユーザーのデータを保有していないため、開示・訂正・削除等の請求に対応することはできません（アクセス権限がないため）。ユーザーは、本アプリの機能または端末の設定を通じて、自らのデータをいつでも確認、修正、削除することができます。

第10条（未成年ユーザー）

未成年のユーザーが本アプリを利用する場合、保護者等の同意を得た上で利用するものとします。

第11条（本プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当開発者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリ内での表示または本ページへの掲載等により周知し、その時点から適用されます。

1. Controller Information

2. Information We Process

The App handles the following information. This information is stored locally on your device and is NOT collected or viewed by the Developer.

1. Information entered by the user (may include health-related data)

  • Name or nickname
  • Date of birth, gender, blood type, etc.
  • Diagnosis and healthcare provider information (hospital name, doctor, phone number, department, patient number, etc.)
  • Emergency contacts
  • Emergency call settings (e.g., ambulance phone number)
  • Symptom diary entries (symptoms, bleeding, abdominal pain, notes, etc.)
  • Lab results (values such as Hb/CRP, notes, hospital name, etc.)
  • Medication information (drug names, dosage, frequency, timing, start/end dates, notes, etc.)
  • Treatment history
  • Emergency-related records (events, action plan, notes, etc.)

2. In-app Purchases (Subscriptions)

  • The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to provide Premium features.
  • Payment information is processed by Apple. The Developer does not collect your credit card information.
  • The Developer accesses your subscription status (e.g., active/inactive) only to the extent necessary to enable premium features.

3. Usage Analytics / Crash Logs

  • The Developer does NOT use third-party analytics tools or advertising SDKs in the App and does NOT collect user usage logs.
  • Apple may collect diagnostic information (such as crash logs) based on your device settings, which may be provided to the Developer in an anonymized form.

4. Biometrics / Passcode

  • The App offers a screen lock feature using Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode.
  • This authentication process is performed locally on your device. The Developer does not collect your biometric data.

3. Purposes of Use

The App and the Developer use user information solely for the following purposes. As mentioned above, the Developer does not view or use your personal input data (health information, etc.).

  1. For YOU to record, manage, and view your own health conditions and treatment progress.
  2. To provide App features (including enabling Premium features).
  3. To respond to inquiries (only if you voluntarily provide information).

4. Where Your Data Is Stored / Transmitted

  1. On-Device Storage (SwiftData)
    Data you enter is stored locally on your device using technologies such as SwiftData.
  2. File Export/Import (Premium Feature)
    Premium users may voluntarily export data as backup files (.carebackup) and store or transfer them outside the App (e.g., Files app, iCloud Drive). This operation is managed solely by the User, who bears responsibility for the file content.
  3. No External Transmission
    The App does NOT include any features that automatically transmit input data to servers managed by the Developer or third parties (such as analytics providers).

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Since the Developer does not collect user information, we do not disclose it to third parties.

However, we will comply with applicable laws if disclosure is required by law or in emergency situations to protect life or safety.

6. External Services

The App uses the following services provided by Apple for functionality:

  • App Store / StoreKit (Subscription management)

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  1. User information (input data) is retained until you delete it within the App or via iOS settings.
  2. If you delete (uninstall) the App from your device, locally stored data will be deleted (excluding backup files voluntarily exported by the User).

8. Security

The App utilizes the security features of your device (sandboxing, data protection, etc.) to protect your data. We also recommend that you secure your device by setting a passcode or using biometric authentication.

9. Your Rights

Because the Developer does not hold your data on our servers, we cannot respond to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion (as we have no access). You can view, correct, or delete your data at any time through the App's features or device settings.

10. Minors

If a minor uses the App, the minor is deemed to do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Developer may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. The updated policy will be posted in the App or on this page and will apply from the time of posting.
